Who is this training for?
The Zenthai level 1 Training is for anyone who is passionate or curious about the healing arts and would like to explore a practice that moulds the intuitive wisdom and knowledge from different ancient healing traditions into a modern approach.
It is for bodyworkers wanting to up-skill, yoga students and teachers wanting to deepen their own embodiment or the embodiment of others, those wanting to understand energetics and structural therapy, and those interested in diving into the Therapist program.
You do not need any previous experience in yoga or massage to join. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or just starting on your journey with bodywork, if you have a passion for holistic healing and a desire to enhance your therapeutic abilities, the Zenthai level 1 Training is for you.
Credentials:
CE hours + pre-requisite for full zenthai therapist program:

Natan Leijssen is a facilitator and coach, bodywork and Qi gong trainer and a movement and meditation teacher.
His journey began through martial arts, circus, and a deep curiosity for movement. At 18, he discovered yoga, awakening a longing to explore questions of meaning, consciousness, and truth. After two years of studying Philosophy, he left Belgium in 2016 to travel, beginning a journey into a decade of dedicated practice and study of spiritual traditions and healing arts around the world.
From living in ashrams and monasteries in Australia, India and Thailand to studying with teachers, healers, and movement practitioners across many traditions, Natan gradually discovered a deep fascination for the healing arts. He established a full-time bodywork practice in Byron Bay and later Sydney, where years of working through touch, movement, and presence shaped his understanding of the body and its capacity for healing.
Over time, a natural desire to share what he had received began to emerge. Teaching became another expression of the practice, and in 2025 Natan began offering the Zenthai Therapist Program in Europe.
His curiosity continues to draw him into many practices, including yoga, meditation, Qi Gong, psychotherapy, Daoist internal martial arts, Jungian symbolism and dreamwork, plant medicine, group therapy, and men's work. Rather than following a single tradition, he is interested in the meeting point between different approaches and their integration into lived experience.
Natan now travels and teaches internationally, offering courses, retreats, and trainings, weaving together touch, movement, awareness, and contemplative practice. At the heart of his work is a simple intention: to share the healing potential of touch and support the prayer of healing and awakening, bringing us back to our hearts, to one another, and to the deeper sense of community we are part of.
The course exchange fee is $699 for the Zen Thai. The fee may be tax deductible when made as a contribution.
